DESCRIPTION: Residential Development at Citadel Views Estate 1.0. This project was birthed through our professionalism, tenacity, timely delivery, and good quality on our Coopeast Signature I Estate Project which was achievable through proper planning, resource allocation, effective communication with the client, risk management, monitoring and review.

We were engaged as one of the contractors on the construction of the sustainable housing project, tasked with the construction of four blocks of 1-Bedroom & 2-Bedroom Apartments (10 Units per block), four blocks of 4-Bedroom Terrace Buildings (4 Units per block) as well as concrete bases for water tank stanchions serving the entire estate. The buildings were delivered in record time while maintaining the standard which we are known for.
