DESCRIPTION: Residential Development at Coopeast Estate. JDB Nigeria Limited was tasked with the construction of two buildings in the estate. The two buildings comprise 6 Units 5-Bedroom Duplexes (Terrace Building) and the other a 5-Bedroom Duplex (Detached Building).

The project was undertaken in 2019 and was completed within the stipulated period of 7 months. We were able to deliver the project on time and with good quality, which was well received by the stakeholders and helped to establish our reputation with the client as a reliable construction company.
